We ship to the contiguous United States only and do not ship to any U.S. overseas territories.To ensure that your order arrives in a timely and secure manner, we have partnered with USPS carrier.

 

Shipping Times

  • Most U.S. Petaura deliveries arrive within 5–11business days from the purchase date.
  • During holidays, Black Friday, Cyber Monday and other peak periods, please allow an additional 3 business days.
  • For pre-orders, please check the product page for the estimated shipping date.

Q: How long is the order processing time?

Q: How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Our shipping time ranges from a minimum of 5 days to a maximum of 8 days. Including order processing time, most orders will be delivered within 5–11 business days.Shipping times vary based on your location, product availability, and the shipping origin. For U.S customers, selecting standard shipping ensures delivery within 5–11 business days from the purchase date.

Q: What if I entered an incorrect address?
Orders immediately enter our automated shipping process. If you notice an error, contact our customer support team immediately(support@petauratech.com). They will check the order status and attempt to intercept the shipment. If a tracking number has already been issued, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to request an address correction. Please note that customers are responsible for any additional fees that may arise.

 

Q: What should I do if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
Lost Package: First, confirm the status with the shipping provider, then contact Petaura customer support(support@petauratech.com). After verification, we will file a claim with the provider and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Damaged Package: Contact us directly with photos of the damage and a copy of the shipping label. We will file a claim with the provider and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Q: Will my order be shipped in multiple packages?
Possibly. If items in your order are stored in different warehouses, they will be shipped separately in multiple packages.

Q: How can I track my shipment?
Visit the Track Your Order page and enter your order number or tracking number to view updates. If shipping details are not available within 2 business days of receiving your tracking number, it may be due to system delays (common for shipments before weekends or holidays). If the information remains unavailable after 3 business days, contact Petaura customer  support(support@petauratech.com).

Q: How will I receive my tracking number? What if I can’t find it?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message. If you do not receive it within 5 business days (excluding pre-orders), contact Petaura customer support (support@petauratech.com).


Q: My item has been in transit for a long time. What should I do?
If your item has been in transit for an extended period, try contacting the shipping provider directly to check the shipment status. If the shipping provider cannot resolve the issue, contact Petaura customer support for assistance (support@petauratech.com).
