Q: How many cups does it dispense per day?
A: 1 portion equals 1/12 cup. The feeder can dispense up to 50 portions (4 cups) per meal and up to 6 meals per day, totaling 24 cups daily.
Q: Can it run solely on battery power without a power plug, or are batteries only for backup during outages?
A: To avoid disruptions in pet feeding during sudden power outages, batteries should be used as the primary power source only in emergencies. When the feeder operates solely on batteries, WiFi connectivity, camera functionality, the recording button, and the reset button are disabled to extend battery life, while the meal schedule will continue to operate normally.

Can pets shake the feeder to get more food?
This feeder features an enclosed design that prevents food from being accidentally dispensed when shaken. The pet-proof lock on the lid also keeps your pet from opening it. It will dispense food according to your preset feeding schedule or manually when you press the feed button.
How do I help my pet get used to the feeder?
Place the feeder where your pet currently eats and make sure no feeding times are scheduled yet. Allow your pet to explore it for a day or two, add some of their regular food to help them get familiar with it, and place a few treats nearby to create a positive association. When your pet is present, press the feed button so they can get used to the sound of the feeder.
How do I connect via Bluetooth?
When the feeder is powered on, you’ll hear a beep and see the Bluetooth indicator light flashing. Hold your phone close to the feeder and wait for a moment—the connection will be established automatically.
Will this feeder help manage my cat’s weight?
